Cooper Mountain Vineyards is an American winery situated in Beaverton, Oregon, United States. Begun in 1978, the guaranteed natural wine creator produces Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot blanc. Situated in the Portland metropolitan region, the vineyard is sited on the western slants of Cooper Mountain, a wiped out fountain of liquid magma.
The winery was established in 1978 by Dr. Robert Gross and his significant other Corrine and discharged its first vintage in 1987. The vineyards got state natural affirmation in 1995, and biodynamic accreditation in 1999.In 2004, the winery discharged a third level of wine called Cooper Hill to add to its two existing levels: Cooper Mountain Reserves and 5 Elements Series. The winery discharged its first balsamic vinegar in 2006. Current creation at the winery is 18,000 cases.
